What do I do with my Norlab non-refillable cylinders?

Recycle: Our non-refillable cylinders are completely recyclable. Once they are fully vacated (zero pressure) they can be given to any recycling program that accepts steel and aluminum.

Return: We are happy to accept your empty cylinders and recycle them locally in Boise, ID. But we need you to take some important steps prior to shipping them.

Please ensure the cylinder(s) you return have zero pressure and are completely empty. Release the pressure using an appropriate dispensing device (regulator, vent plug, etc.)
Cover up cylinder’s label and mark it as “Empty.” You can click here to print our prepared example.
Return your cylinder or cylinders using the original Norlab packaging if at all possible. Be sure to remove or cover up any gas placards, stickers and hazard markings before shipping.
Complete the web form below.

Once we receive your request, we will email you a UPS return shipping label to print and attach to your packaged cylinder(s). If you don’t have regular UPS pickup at your location, click here to schedule a pickup or find a nearby UPS access point.
